How to use

The Support Belt may be worn under or over clothing
Place the Support Belt around your body and make sure it's the right side up (size label should be inside and bottom left of the support belt), the secondary straps should be unfastened or loosely fastened
Place the right strap under the belly and secure snugly with the left strap
Adjust position of the Support Belt if needed, then finetune the tightness of the Support Belt with the secondary straps

When to use

Use only as directed and while it feels comfortable. Adjust it so it supports without restricting breathing, circulation or movement. Remove it if discomfort, numbness, dizziness or shortness of breath occurs. Ask your midwife, GP or another qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure whether it is suitable for you.
