Blooming Mumma will dispatch orders within 3 working days assuming all items are in stock.

Returns Policy

We're sorry to hear that our products didn't work for you, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item that is in new and re-sellable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, not all products are eligible for returns. Items that are not eligible for return include:
  • Bidet-to-go
To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased from our website and in unused and in the original packaging. We do not accept items that are damaged, stained (including deodorant or lotion stains), washed, creased, stretched, or show visible signs of wear. To return, please email to admin@bloomingmumma.com the following information:
  1. Your Order Number which can be found in your confirmation email
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
Then send your return to the following address:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect your item and a refund will be issued minus a processing and handling fee of $12.95. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), such processes should be done within 2 weeks.  Please note we are unable to refund paid shipping charges.
If upon inspection and your items are not eligible for refund as stated above, you will have to bear the shipping cost if you wish the items to be returned to you.
