Last updated: 27 July 2026

Blooming Mumma (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains the personal information we collect through bloomingmumma.com, why we use it, when we share it and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

  • Order and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order details and communications with us.
  • Payment information: payment details are processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.
  • Account and preference information: account details, marketing preferences and information you voluntarily provide in reviews, forms or customer-support messages.
  • Device and website-use information: IP address, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages and interactions with our store.

How we use information

  • To process and deliver orders, take payment and provide customer support.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our store.
  • To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • To send marketing where permitted and in accordance with your preferences.
  • To measure advertising and understand how visitors interact with our store.

Cookies, Meta Pixel and advertising measurement

Our store uses cookies and similar technologies. Shopify and selected partners may collect or receive information from this store to provide functionality, analytics, advertising measurement and, where permitted, personalised advertising.

We use the Facebook and Instagram by Meta sales channel, which may use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Depending on your consent choices and applicable law, Shopify may share identifiers and standard commerce events with Meta, such as page views, product views, cart activity, checkout activity and purchases. Meta may match this information with a Meta account and use it for measurement, security and advertising in accordance with its own terms and privacy controls.

We do not intentionally use Meta Business Tools to send diagnoses, medical records, treatment information or other sensitive health information. Meta may restrict or limit event information associated with pregnancy, postpartum or other health-related pages.

You can control non-essential cookies through our cookie banner where available, your browser settings and platform privacy controls. You can also review your activity off Meta technologies, manage Meta advertising preferences, and review Shopify privacy choices. Blocking or declining some cookies may affect store features and measurement.

When we share information

We share personal information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate our business, including Shopify, payment processors, delivery providers, customer-support services, analytics and advertising partners. We may also disclose information where required by law, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business.

International processing

Some service providers process information outside Australia. The countries involved may vary according to the provider and service used. We take reasonable steps to use providers with appropriate contractual, privacy and security protections.

Marketing choices

You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. Transactional messages about an order may still be sent.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Access, correction and complaints

You may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We aim to respond within a reasonable period.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through Meta Business Tools.
